1. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to Cache Entertainment, LLC (doing business as Ren & Remy’s) and the sites and services we operate (including PartyLogan, LoganFun, and the WordPress-backed /book/ site). It covers our main website, booking system, e‑commerce embeds, loyalty program, messaging features, and administrative tools. By using our services you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & profile: name, email, phone, hashed password, birth month, optional mailing address, and profile photo.
• Bookings: event details submitted via BookingPress (date, guests, special requests) to confirm and manage reservations.
• Purchases: Payhip-embedded storefronts and payment partners (Stripe, PayPal) process payments; we receive order details but never store full card numbers.
• Loyalty data: points, visits, redemptions, tier, and related activity stored in our loyalty databases.
• Messaging & friends: usernames, friend lists, and message content exchanged on-site to enable communication features.
• Authentication & SSO: single sign-on (SSO) JWT tokens and the `PL_SSO` cookie may be used for cross-site authentication; we store minimal session state server-side.
• Automatic & technical: IP addresses, device/browser details, page and route access, timestamps, and performance metrics (analytics).
• Cookies & localStorage: session cookies, functional cookies (login, cart), and a localStorage key `pl_cookie_consent_v1` used to store cookie consent. Third-party embeds (Payhip, BookingPress, WP plugins) may set additional cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use data to provide and improve services, process orders, manage bookings, enable loyalty and messaging features, send transactional communications, protect against fraud (reCAPTCHA), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services & Plugins

We integrate with third parties for payments (Payhip, Stripe, PayPal), bookings (BookingPress and its addons), analytics and performance tools (Google services, Metricool, and WP plugins), and email/SMS providers (hosting SMTP or third-party mailers). These services operate under their own privacy policies; links are provided in the full policy below and on our site. Because parts of the site are WordPress-based and plugin-driven, additional plugins may set cookies or store data—this is normal for WP sites.

5. Admin Tools, Exports & Backups

Authorized administrators may export booking and loyalty data for reporting (the site contains admin export endpoints). Automated backups of BookingPress and site data are performed; retention is limited (e.g., backup scripts keep recent DB dumps for a short period—typically around 7 days). Access to exports and backups is restricted to authorized staff and logged where practical.

6. Cookies, Consent & reCAPTCHA

We present a cookie consent banner and persist the choice in `localStorage` under the key `pl_cookie_consent_v1` with values `accepted` or `declined`. The site is designed to load Google reCAPTCHA only when you accept non-essential cookies (Accept triggers runtime loading; Decline will unload it). Functional cookies required for login, cart, and bookings may be set regardless of marketing consent.

7. Sessions & Server Logs

We store session state on the server (PHP sessions) and keep access logs for security and troubleshooting. Session identifiers and server logs may include IP addresses and timestamps. We retain logs and session data only as long as needed for operational and security purposes.

8. Data Sharing

We share data with service providers only to deliver the service (payment processors, booking systems, email providers), with affiliates for operational reasons, or to comply with lawful requests. Administrative exports are performed under access controls and audit logging.

9. Data Retention

We retain account data while accounts are active, transaction records for tax and accounting (commonly up to 7 years), booking records as required to operate reservations, and backups/exports only for limited retention windows. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.

10. Security

We protect data using HTTPS, hashing of passwords, restricted database access, environment configuration for secrets, and regular updates. Admin interfaces require authentication and are restricted. In the event of a breach, affected individuals will be notified as required by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

Services are intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we collected a child’s information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

12. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, request data portability, and opt out of marketing. Utah residents have additional rights under the UCPA. Submit requests to support@renandremys.com. We will verify identity and respond within 45 days.

13. International Transfers

Our systems are based in the U.S.; if you access services from outside the U.S. your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on our sites.
