This Policy applies to Cache Entertainment, LLC (doing business as Ren & Remy’s) and the sites and systems we operate, including PartyLogan.com, LoganFun.com, and our WordPress-backed booking site. It covers our website, booking system (BookingPress), online shop, loyalty program, in-store arcade systems (Amusement Connect), payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, Square), Google services (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Maps), and any integrated plugins. 2. Information We Collect

Account & profile: name, email, phone number, hashed password, birth month, optional address, loyalty preferences, and profile photo.
Bookings (BookingPress): event dates, times, guest count, contact information, special notes, and communication history.
Payments (Stripe, PayPal, Square): We receive order confirmations but never store full credit card numbers. Stripe/Square may process Apple Pay, Google Pay, or tap-to-pay data.
In-store arcade & attraction data (Amusement Connect): gameplay sessions, card reloads, prize redemptions, and purchase history tied to your loyalty profile.
Loyalty program: points earned, points spent, tier progress, visit history, birthday rewards, and redemptions.
E-commerce: cart state, orders, shipping info (if applicable), and receipts.
Maps & utilities (Google Maps): location display and navigation features.
Analytics & performance (Google Analytics, Metricool): page views, behavior flows, device data, browser type, session duration, and site interactions.
Authentication & SSO: session cookies, cross-site tokens (`PL_SSO`), and login state.
Technical logs (IONOS Hosting): IP addresses, request logs, error logs, and security logs collected automatically by our hosting provider.
Cookies & localStorage: login state, cart state, consent preferences (`rr_consent`), and required functional cookies used by WordPress, BookingPress, and our custom systems.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate bookings, process payments, run loyalty and arcade integrations, improve the site, prevent fraud (reCAPTCHA), and provide support. We do not sell data to third-party advertisers.

Stripe, PayPal, Square — payments & receipts.
BookingPress — reservations & event management.

WordPress — plugin-driven booking pages and embeds.
Amusement Connect — in-store arcade card readers and gameplay logs (tied to loyalty for rewards).
IONOS — web hosting, server logs, system monitoring, backups.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and may set cookies or log data needed to perform their functions.

5. Admin Tools, Exports & Backups

Authorized staff may export loyalty, booking, or arcade activity for operational purposes. Database backups (BookingPress, loyalty system, admin tables) are retained for short windows and access is restricted.

6. Cookies, Consent & reCAPTCHA

Cookie preferences are stored in `localStorage` under rr_consent with values all or necessary. Analytics and marketing tools load only with full consent. Essential cookies for login, booking flows, cart activity, and security are always active.

7. Sessions & Server Logs

PHP sessions store login state and cart data. IONOS keeps access logs for diagnostics and security. Logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, errors, and successful/failed login attempts.

8. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers required to operate bookings, payments, loyalty, arcade systems, or analytics. We do not share data with advertisers.

9. Data Retention

- Account data: kept while your account is active.
- Transactions: up to 7 years (tax/accounting).
- Bookings: for operational purposes.
- Arcade & loyalty activity: while your loyalty account remains active.
- Backups/logs: short-term retention only.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, least-privilege database access, server isolation, and security tools provided by IONOS, Stripe, PayPal, Square, and WordPress plugins. Admin pages are protected and monitored.

11. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If data was provided by a child, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Your Rights

You may request access, updates, or deletion of your information at support@renandremys.com. Utah residents have additional rights under the UCPA.

13. International Transfers

Our systems are U.S.-based; if accessing from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in the U.S.
